What are your candles made from?
All our candles are handmade using 100% natural soy wax with premium fragrance oils and cotton wicks.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size: Small candles burn for approximately 20-25 hours, Medium for 35-40 hours, and Large for 50-60 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within South Africa.
Can I return or exchange my candle?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. Please contact us for return instructions.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.
